We had a wonderful stay at Woodside, Colmer Estate. The flat was ideal for us and the garden especially fantastic - lots of private and peaceful space for our little one to play, surrounded by beautiful, mature trees. The pool and the playhouse were big hits and made the stay extra special. Annie was incredibly responsive to the odd query we had and super friendly.

A great week together as a family. We loved the indoor pool, the fishing lake and the apartment was a super space to chill between activities. The spa shop selling cook meals at California Cross was perfect making meal times easy and we loved the local beaches with trips to bantham, thurlstone and hope cover. Now time to plan the next trip would love to come back.

Woodside is a peaceful retreat. The apartment is well appointed and there is safe parking. The double bed is very comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was great! 
The grounds are beautiful with a lake, wetland sedge field and woodland. We took advantage of the indoor heated pool - a relaxing end to the day walking the SW coastal path. 
Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Fab place, lovely grounds and an extra bonus to have the pool and gym facilities. The place is comfortable - bigger than the pictures. Annie was super responsive and helpful. Enjoyed visiting the local area - Totnes, Salcombe, Bigbury on Sea and Kingsbridge. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great time staying at Woodside. Our toddler loved getting to swim each day and the location is great for exploring the coast and Dartmoor. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy.

A beautiful part of Devon and the property matches the description. Very quiet during the winter, although could imagine it’s even more amazing in the warmer periods. Recommend trying to get there before dark, although eventually the unit can be found quite easily. Modbury is a lovely little town and there is a Spar convenience shop close by.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very modern open planned kitchen, dining, sitting room. Plenty of hot water and modern clean bathroom. Spacious bedrooms. Plenty private outdoor space. Enjoyed having private access to the indoor pool . Still a bit cool for the outdoor pool for us. Smart tv which was handy for a rainy day and plenty of board games. 
Anne our host was lovely she got in contact in advance of our stay and responded promptly to any query. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
